Supporting Relapse Prevention
Acquire practical tools and techniques to recognize warning signs of relapse, develop strategies to support your loved one in maintaining sobriety, and create a relapse prevention plan.

Exploring Financial Wellness in Recovery
Examine the financial challenges often associated with addiction and recovery, learn effective money management strategies, and gain insights into rebuilding financial stability.
WEEK 12:
Exploring Spirituality in Recovery
Investigate the role of spirituality in addiction recovery, explore diverse spiritual practices and beliefs, and learn how to incorporate spirituality into your journey and that of your loved one.
